Hobby businesses are ideal platforms for providing tips of the day. I know of one model boat builder who subscribes to as many sites as he can just to get the tips. He’s adamant that finding out about shortcuts is well worth it. And he also buys regularly from the sites which offer tips.
You can write your own tips, which can be one simple sentence or include more elaborate tips with drawings and pictures.
Don’t forget also to encourage site visitors to submit their tips, which will not only reduce your workload but also make the site more sticky as visitors will get a buzz from seeing their tip online.
Note:
Create an archive where visitors can browse through previously published tips.
